Bedburg

This house from Bedburg was one of the first model in the Dena “Efficient Homes” project.

Various construction projects such as the use of a thermal insulation composite system (20cm), a wood pellet boiler, a solar thermal system for water and an Aereco sensitive ventilation system resulted in 95% of primary energy savings. The primary energy demand of the house is now at the incredible rate of 23.4 kWh/m²/year!
