Sunflower Healthcare selected Aereco extract grilles and VPH Fans for the newly built Neem Tree Care Centre in Greenford, Middlesex. This is Sunflower Healthcare’s first residential care home in the South East of England.

The VPH fan, now replaced by the V5S Premium, forms part of a Demand Controlled Mechanical Extract Ventilation (DCMEV) system and is capable of extracting from up to six (or more) wet rooms. It is designed to be installed in insulated loft spaces where it can fitted with a vibration pad. The V5S Premium can also be installed in the inhabited space.
