Devonshire Hall Student Residences.

The University of Leeds has selected Aereco Demand Controlled Mechanical Exhaust Ventilation (DCMEV), using V2A whole-house exhaust fans and BXC exhaust units, to retrofit Devonshire Hall Student Residences, which houses around 140 students.

The V2A whole-house exhaust fan, with its Electronic Commutation Motor, automatically varies its speed to maintain a constant air pressure of 80 Pa. Its compact size and near silent operation also allows this exhaust fan to be installed in a cupboard or ceiling void.
